Great hotel, very comfortable and great staff. Hotel is clean and warm and is away from the noise of the town. Tram stop just opposite hotel and plenty of parking outside. The breakfast was great but it’s the staff that really made this place. What people!

We were here for a wedding and the staff really looked after us the food was amazing for the wedding breakfast, very chilled and peaceful at the south end of blackoool highly recommended, we would definitely come here for a holiday

Staff were really friendly, breakfast was relaxed with plenty of tables and the bedroom was clean. Beautiful fun Christmas displays in each room downstairs.
