The staff were the best part about this hotel. For one night in Blackpool it was more than comfortable. The hotel is dated and the hot water is an issue but the location is a short walk from the north pier (pier on pier booked)

I went with my partner and we enjoyed are stay we was made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived and the staff are top class the manager deffo deserve a raise ah he was very friendly and helpful we will deffo be back again and lets not forget robert what a top bloke he was

It is what you pay for. The room was very basic. And in need of renovating. The stay was made more pleasant by the two lads who checked us in. They went above and beyond to ensure us and our 2 year old had all we needed. I would much rather have great staff and a slightly unpleasant room any day. Thanks lads.
