Although a bit old the staff were probably the friendliest I have encountered in my stays in black pool

The hosts, John and Mai were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly guests too with good conversation in the lounge and reasonably priced drinks in the bar area. The rooms are small but have everything that you need in a B&B, cleanliness, comfy beds and good shower. The breakfast is made to order (order the night before) and is well cooked and presented. The hosts are happy for guests to order takeaways and will provide a table in the dining area with plates and cutlery if you require them. It is well located near the beach and tram stops.
