Lovely staff. Owner was cheerful and friendly. Very accommodating. Went out of their way to make sure hubby had a very early breakfast. Room could do with a bit of updating but for what we paid it was very good value.

location was perfect room was ok and came with a breakfast the staff were good was not sure of who was running the place they let me stay another night in the same room as i wanted to vist fleetwood no fuss or problems there take note for the over 50s they have a stairlift i didnt need it but nice to know its there
