Very comfortable and Julie and her partner were very friendly and eager to please. The location was excellent. The room was very clean with little extras like the mini fridge and the ironing facilities. The only negative thing was the smell of "wet dog" in the public areas. Breakfast was extremely tasty and very wholesome. Very good value for money. Julie did say that we were the last people to stay in the room as a twin as it would be converted into a double.As both myself and my travelling companion are single women we would obviously prefer to sleep in individual beds, rather than sharing as when booking rooms we actively seek twin facilities. This would obviously be an issue if the hotel didn't provide one .

Breakfast was very good, more than sufficient. Limited range on types of tea but overall very good. Very comfortable bed and slept well. Hosts very hospitable and welcoming.

Julie and Steve were fabulous hosts. They couldn't have been more accommodating. They were so friendly and went out of their way to check we were all happy and comfortable. There was a slight issue with one of the rooms (we had 4 booked) and they fixed it straight away with no fuss. Breakfast was fab and plenty of it and cooked fresh. There were 9 of us and for a girls weekend away we would definitely recommend.
