We were close to the pubs which was the main factor. Breakfast was great. Cooked really well. Nice cup of tea as well.

Great location- only 11 mins walk from Blackpool tower which was ideal for us as we were in Blackpool for an event there. Rooms and facilities were all clean. Staff (Mike and the lady we met when checking out) were both lovely and very friendly! We'd stay here again if we are back in Blackpool.
