When I arrived the lovely lady who helped me with a iPhone charger when I arrived was lovely I didn’t see the pool area as I only stayed for 2 days but everything else was amazing the only issue I had was there was shower in the room instead of a bath which I prefer so maybe next time I book I will double check the options available. Overall the stay was lovely and the staff was lovely too , close to shops close to the beach I even forgot to bring milk and they helped giving me extra stuff for my stay
