Good kind staff- checked me in early, let us have more time in the room to check out, no questions asked about cutlery, very kind Location is excellent- lovely gorgeous village with good walks and away from main Blackburn Bathroom very clean and spacious Good amenities Car park was good did get busy at peak times but always able to park.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed. Staff are friendly, the location is quiet and perfect for going out and about to explore the local area. Rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you need.
