1. Very clean 2. New apartment, everything is nice there 3. Super friendly owner who sends to you video to make finding of the place even easier. 4. Trekking tips, which saved a lot of suffering of our family as we planned to choose the path that would be too demanding. Instead, she advised more proper one.
