The house is in a beautiful rural setting with just 4/5 other properties around it, (a converted farm I believe), not far from the M40, but we could not hear the traffic at all. Breakfast was plentiful and nothing was too much trouble for the hosts even making a Tomato, Potato and Asparagus 'hash' one morning, there was cereal, fruit juice and as much coffee/Tea and toast as you wanted. Vegans, (and other dietary requirements), are well catered for if you let them know in advance. The landing of the house has been converted into a lounge for the guests to use, you have your own bathroom just outside the bedroom. No expense has been spared on the decor or furnishings. The hosts, Andrew and Liz are very welcoming, (especially as this is their home), and they really want to make sure your stay is as good as it can be. Lovely people to talk to and will help you out if you have any special requests during your stay and have good knowledge of the area if you are going out and about sight seeing. I would recommend staying here and really looking forward to them getting a 'shepherds hut' in the very near future.

The location was ideal for our trip. There is a comfy area to sit and admire the view over fields. Our hostess and host were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.

Wonderful location off the beaten track yet close enough to surrounding attractions ( e.g Warwickshire castle, British car museum and Royal Leamington Spa). Excellent hospitality, both very warm and welcoming and great breakfast.
