Very friendly staff on arrival and also when eating in the pub in the evening. Room was larger than expected and came with a separate lounge/kitchen which was a lovely surprise.

Large apartment nicely decorated and well appointed with a small kitchenette with microwave, fridge and kettle. Breakfast of cereals and croissants was left in the room for us together with some milk. Nice hot shower and a comfortable bed.

It was a surprise to realise we had a whole sitting room and small kitchen included in the price. The location was very quiet and rural with plenty of places to walk the dog. The meal in the evening after a long walk in the Malverns was very good and the staff were exceptionally attentive, pleasant and very friendly.
