It was a comfortable and well appointed ground floor barn conversion that met my needs perfectly. The location was perfect for exploring the North of England from the Lake District to Bamburgh Castle and a lot more in between The hosts were very friendly.

I was on a working holiday, working on a film shooting in locations nearby, this was the perfect base for me. Beautiful location easily found but delightfully off the beaten track. Superb accomodation, warm, perfectly equiped and a comfortable bed. Great for a quiet relaxing week, I shall certainly return to explore the area more, the Barn is in the middle of beautiful countryside surrounded by wonderful places to visit.
