I was really apprehensive about staying at this property after the most recent reviews. But my worries were completely unnecessary. The property is great it is exactly what is offered. 3 lovely big bedrooms and a fantastic bathroom (my kids loved the bath they have never been cleaner). The house next door is obviously not lived in but this doesn't affect the property in the slightest. I think it would be hard to find a terraced street in the north east that doesn't have at least one abandoned house. There was no noise during the night it was a very quiet street. The graffiti that's mentioned in a previous review was children's chalk paintings of flowers round a window. I think people are expecting alot, this is a nice cheap place to stay and I think it was totally worth it for me and my family (2 adults and 4 children) it was very easy to collect the keys. Great internet with a smart tv that was easy to use.

It was clear a lot of money had been spent on the property…a few years ago. Our family gelled playing chess, which was a great surprise. The heating came on, we weren’t cold, thank you.
