This place is truly a hidden gem! The Grandma who owns the house is so kind and warm-hearted. I stayed here for 3 days in a private single room — it was quiet, comfortable, and I felt really at ease. The price is also very reasonable! I highly recommend staying at Mukarama-Apa!

The person who runs the hostel is lovely and friendly and so helpful. I ended up having to break up my stay after originally planning to stay 5 days in a row and she was lovely and only had me pay for the 2 nights I did stay which was lovely.

Very very friendly and helpful owner, she took care for me when I was sick. Good kitchen, small garden with apricot trees and 2 bathrooms.
