It is no luxury but they have everything one might need. I spent only a very short night there, arriving at 1 a.m. and leaving at 8 a.m., following a breakfast. The breakfast is okay, great to have lots of vegetables, but a bit bigger variety of bread would be nice.

The hotel is modern and very clean. Housekeeping is attended to every day. We stayed in November and the area was very quiet. Lots of locals using the beach for a daily swim and sunbathing. Staff were very helpful. There are public buses leaving from right outside the door, and Bolt taxi service is fast and reasonably priced. There is lift access to all floors and the ground floor of the hotel is a restaurant serving everyday food and an Asian menu. The restaurant opens right onto the beach. The water for swimming is clear and clean. Many reviews criticise the breakfast offerings however for the price I paid I felt the breakfast food available was adequate and in other hotels the price would have been room only. There is a good selection of teas and coffee, cold meats, cheese, boiled eggs, croissants, bead for toast, butter, honey, marmalade, yogurts, museli, and fresh fruit. Comfortable firm suppprtive mattresses if that's what you prefer. The docks didn't bother us and we couldn't hear anything overnight with the sliding balcony door shut. The room had air conditioning. My daughter loved the large fish tank in reception. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Breakfast was good and enough choice. My room on 4th floor corner balcony ( change the chair as only 3 plastic white legs fitted, gave excellent views of the triathlon swim and run/ bike transition area.

Great location next to beach Breakfast good Sea view Rooms were lovely and modern and clean Great balconies Reception staff excellent very helpful on arrival and departure
