I really liked the cozy atmosphere and the sense of peace the hotel provides. I also appreciated the helpful staff and the pleasant ambiance. The spacious rooms, cleanliness, and the opportunity to relax in the SPA area made our stay even more enjoyable. The wonderful location surrounded by nature is perfect for real relaxation

Breakfast and evening meals were plentiful and with a wide variety of options. The Spa Services e.g. Massages & Beauty treatments situated in the Basement , were done by Professionals and although expensive , were of a High Standard. Bathrooms had Decent showers but towels had to stay damp for 3 days until changed , and the Heated Towel Rail in our room was not connected to an electricity supply , so couldn't be switched on the dry the towels. Also in the Basement there was a really nice swimming Pool and two circular Jacuzzi baths , but the latter were usually inundated with small children , so availability was somewhat limited. There was also a very hot Sauna. Free Tea & Coffee machines were available for breakfast , but strangely not switched on at Lunch times or for the Evening meal. Instead a Large water jug with a Tap was provided. I have to say that Most Hotel Staff were very helpful with General queries and spoke English well.

From other reviews I expected less on the room and spa, so I got more. The swimming pool area is on a smaller side, but was enough to enjoy it even if it was a bit crowded at times, plus we could enjoy it both days while spending a night. Spa procedures were great and the staff super polite. Room - normal hotel room, not fancy maybe a bit outdated, but clean and comfy. Breakfast top notch. Tried lunch menu in the restaurant, actually quite good value for money. Spent less on a family of 4 than eating out down town.
