Friendly host and great staff. Breakfast was the best I've had in a long time and I'm pretty fussy. We unfortunately didn't get a chance to have any other meals on the premises as I had other bookings made prior to arriving in birr. If I'm ever in the area again I would have no apprehensions about staying again. Many thanks to all in Townsend house from Damien and Karen.

Martin is running a wonderful guest house with Tapas restaurant attached, I had no reservation made in the restaurant and although fully booked he still was able to fit me in. Martin and all of the Staff in Townsend House are wonderful people, kind and patient. You will feel very well looked after!
