-No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund.
-No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit. You're welcome to have visitors, as long as they don’t stay overnight.
Check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out time is 10 AM.
Please note, that after the booking, you must complete the pre-check-in form in order to receive all check-in instructions and an ID/Passport is required for all adult guests.
Please expect some changes with the color of the sofa, bedding, and bed frame but the size and the layout are the same, some furniture changed as we wanted to improve our apartment and for the guest liking. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

This Airbnb was perfect, modern, clean, tidy, comfy and great location. The property had a washer dryer also which was a godsend given its winter and wet right now and as I was coming straight off a plane they accommodated me a few hours early at no extra cost! It’s Walking distance to city centre, German market, Libary, Brindley place, local groceries, etc and the apartment complex is beautiful and safe. The Gym is also set up really good!
