Please note that there is one parking space per apartment. Please note the lead guest must be 21 years and older. Please note parties are strictly forbidden at the property. The property requires a photo ID to be sent prior arrival. The payment for the stay will be debited 2 days prior to arrival. The apartments are strictly non smoking. Details regarding access to the property will be sent to the guest via email, approximately 24 hours before arrival. For security, there is on-site CCTV in the entrance and hallways.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

One of the main highlights for us was the availability of parking, which was very convenient. The apartment being on the ground floor made access easy as well. It was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessities we needed during our stay. Everything was thoughtfully provided, making it comfortable and hassle-free. Overall, it’s a lovely place, and we truly enjoyed staying here.

Great apartment, very clean and great facilities. In a great location in the Jewellery Quarter only a 12 min walk into the city centre. The area is nice and quiet and well we felt very safe walking around. There are plenty of pubs and some good restaurants within a 5 minute walk. It was good to have a secure parking place right next to the apartment. Would definitely stay again!!
