Fantastic location for shopping and just minutes from the train station. Key collection was super smooth and easy. The flat was easy to find and very spacious with a lovely balcony & very nicely furnished and fitted out. Great location for getting to nearby shopping & the canal areas by foot.

The location is perfect for walking to the shopping center Bullring, restaurants, museums, other entertainment, and the train station Grand Central. The balconies are nice, especially in the sun, and there is good furniture on them.

Great location in Birmingham. Really close to Birmingham New Street Station so easily accessed from the airport. We stayed in February so it was a bit cold and wet to use the terrace but in sunny weather it would have been amazing. Others have commented on the beds being quite small but they are really comfortable. Also, check in information is shared beforehand but does require a bit of reading to understand what you need to do and where you need to go.

Super spacious and clean and top facilities 👍 Less than 5 minutes walk from Birmingham New Street station and super close to shops, bars and restaurants. Will definitely stay again.
