The location was excellent, situated on the buiet side of the city, with buses outside the front door going in all directions of the city. A short bus journey to the iconic Bullring shopping centre. Staff were pleasant and as accommodating as possible throughout our stay. Its my go to place to stay in Birmingham.

This is our go to hotel when we can't stay with family. Good location for us and reasonably priced. Rooms are always clean and beds comfortable. Plenty of free parking too.
