The hotel was situated in an ideal location on Broad Street, walking distance from the city centre. Parking was beside the hotel building. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, I found the bed very comfy but my wife didn't! It had a decent shower so all good. The breakfast was good you could get waffles, cereal etc., or a hot breakfast like sausage, bacon etc., so that was a good start to the day. A better breakfast than other similar hotels I have stayed in. I enjoyed the stay, if visiting Birmingham I would recommend.

Good except no mushrooms on the cooked option. Position excellent with the big bonus of an onsite car park. Could provide a beer/ale option rather than just lager.

The location was perfect, the room was very clean and comfortable, the staffs that helped me to check in, helped me order food and explanation how to get around was very professional with there job and there knowledge of the place.
