Lovely quaint hotel. Staff very helpful. Beautiful gardens. Had room service in the evening as I had the dogs with me & although it was a long wait, the food arrived piping hot.

Welcoming and accommodating staff. Well kept building. Generous breakfast. Easy parking. Close to where I was visiting but also quiet.

Perfect location for events at the NEC. Quaint decor and very clean. Parking on site. No hidden extra charges. Good choices for breakfast. We would definately stay here again.
