Staff were very helpful and made you feel welcome. Especially Hans in the bar and Silvia in the breakfast restaurant. Location close to canals and restaurants too. Hotel restaurant dinner was quite good too. The staff were some of the best hospitality professionals we have had on our trip so far. Made us feel very welcome to their hotel and Birmingham.

Kind staff, central, very good breakfast! We forgot a jacket in the room, we phoned the day after and they kindly sent it via mail.
