Convenient location and spacious. Beds were comfortable, one of party reported theirs wasn’t but mostly they were comfortable. Bedding and linen clean. Can fit the amount of people suggested and has storage. Didn’t cancel last minute like another 2 that we’re booked in Birmingham through booking.com. Beware of this when booking!

boiler not worked, hot water didn’t came , we had shower with cold water, now get cold. not going to work until get better. toilet lock not fit can’t lock the door, take extra people with
