It was a difficult time as our son was in hospital ( he’s now out) and the staff were so kind. It’s also in a really pretty part of the centre opposite the cathedral. Also has a gorgeous bar and breakfast room.

The staff were absolutely amazing, the rooms spotless, and the facilities excellent. The bathroom was pristine, and the Penhaligon’s hand wash, shampoo, and shower gel were such a thoughtful luxury touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft pillows and a fantastic duvet that made for a great night’s sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Birmingham, it’s without doubt the best I’ve stayed in. The staff went above and beyond by upgrading us to a suite as this was the beginning of our honeymoon journey, which made our stay truly unforgettable
