Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and bed was comfy. Shower was powerful. The shuffle board game in the entrance/reception was fun.

Absolutely perfect stay. The room was immaculate and very well furnished with plenty of soft towels, toiletries, and drinks options. The pillows were the best I've ever used for thick softness. Reception is stylish and tidy and.professional, darkly decorated and peaceful. There's a bar in Reception but we didn't use it. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Breakfast was excellent - all the full English options as well as pastries and croissants, artisan bread, fruit salad and cereals. It was all quality food and plenty of it. Fruit juices were pure and there was a good range of teas and coffees. They looked after our bags for us after check out and the service was safe and easy. The staff helped us with directions and were friendly towards my children. Location was great - just a ten minute walk to the Bullring, similar to New Street Station, and around 5 to China Town. We had a lovely walk down the canals to Legoland in 20 minutes. Best of all, check out wasn't until 12! Bliss to have a relaxing morning rather than the rush we find for a 10am checkout, which many hotels are doing now. We would definitely stay here again and can recommend without hesitation.
