Friendly and flexible, allowed me early check in as I was due at an event and needed to change first. Room was clean and comfy, and nice bathroom.

The location was very good for exploring the area so close to the coast and Liverpool city centre and the area around the Wirral Very quiet to say it's on a main road with coffee shops just a few yards from Guest house which was very easy to find with free parking Helpful host with lots of information to meet all our needs would be happy to stay again

Everything was just right. Location for breakfast just down the road which was very good. Philip and Paul are very easy going hosts. Would come back another time.
