The lodge was really well maintained and easy to locate. The beds were comfortable and the living area had everything that we needed. The building also stayed really cool when it was hot outside. Everything was clean and tidy and freshly decorated. They were able to provide a high chair, spare bedding and a travel cot. The surroundings were nice and quiet. It’s also easy to contact the owners if needed.

Spacious and well equipped. Very comfortable. Large en suites. Loved hot tub. Convenient parking. Nearby Farm shop. Helpful and flexible staff. 10 of us with 4 kids of varying ages - Quex park had something for all of us within walking distance.

The Property is lovely. The rooms are a good size and the main living area is great. Location is fab with things on site to do with children.

The Barn was an ideal location for a party that we were going to in Birchington. The kitchen was a great size and perfect for eating . Exceptionally clean and modern but comfortable. Hot tub brilliant . Host helpful when booking . Ian really accommodating throughout our stay
