- For Appartment 7 - 13, the car park is located directly at the accommodation
- For Appartment 1A, 1B, 2-6, 14 and 15 there is a parking possibility at the centre car park, Proraer Chaussee 5

Nice location by the beach, nice view from the balcony over the garden (no beach view). Helpful staff when check in and good apartment.

Spacious, stylish and modern. Very nice apartment, good fit for a family from the Nordics with an interest in design and art. We appreciated the interior a lot. The building is facing the beach and the restaurant on the bottom floor has quite good food. We hade breakfast and some meals in the appartment, and the dining area was roomy enough for the four of us. There were several supermarkets within walking distance, we preferred Edeka. Beds were good. The extra bed was a little bit small for two older kids, who need almost as much space as adults, but it was comfy and of good quality. It was not obvious to us since it was an appartment, but bed linen and towels were included in the price.
