One of the best apartments we have ever booked (and we have booked a lot)! It corresponds perfectly to the original idea to experience a place through a local home. Belén welcomed us personally and spent enough time to provide all the necessary information, to share recommendations and some hints of the local spirit. The apartment is perfect – comfortable, clean, stylish and had everything we needed for a long stay, to the smallest detail. You can definitely feel at home. The location was great for us – in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood, very close to all other main parts of the city. We enjoyed walking every day along the river and through the beautiful Zubizuri bridge to all the places we wanted to see. Belén even gave us very useful card for transport discounts. She has thought about everything to make the stay of her guests as easy and nice as possible. I can wholeheartedly recommend Zubigane apartamento – you will not regret to book it!

This is a beautiful, comfortable apartment perfectly located in the centre of Bilbao. The hosts were so kind and helpful with everything from arrival/departure arrangements to recommendations for pintxos and sightseeing. A perfect place to stay in Bilbao.

The apartment is very well situated in walking distance from the Guggenheim museum. It is equipped with everything that you might need during you stay and is nicely decorated. It is spacious and comfortable. The parking is just 2' walking from the apartment. Belen and Jorge were very welcoming and made us feel like home. They offered many sugestions for activities in the city and places to visit and they replied very quickly to a couple of questions we had. Overall we had a very pleasant stay at the apartment.
