We arrived very late at night and we had a lovely welcome from the staff. The location is fantastic with river views and views of the Guggenheim.

Great location for views and to explore the city. Right on the river, and not in a very noisy or crowded area - but within walking distance from all main attractions. The restaurant terrace is very nice (and you can have the breakfast there). Good breakfast, nice and clean rooms and modern decor.

Modest breakfast spread, with excellent & professional service attitude amongst the concierge and F&B crew! Special appreciation goes out to the egg station chef whose smiley facial expressions, despite attending to each guest’s specific requests render lasting impressions…

Location is brilliant next to the Guggenheim museum. View from terrace is also great and staff are welcoming (we got an upgrade!)
