The staff was very friendly yet correct. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It’s located next to the Guggenheim museum and within walking distance to the old town.

This was for my husbands 50th birthday and the hotel sent us Champagne and Chocolate cake which was a lovely touch.

This was a wonderful hotel with welcoming staff and beautiful rooms. We received an upgrade to a river view room. It was extremely comfortable. The bed and pillows were fabulous and the linen quality luxurious. Breakfast had top quality produce and a great selection. I would highly recommend this hotel. Well done to the staff and all at Vincci Consulado de Bilboa
