Our room was very spacious and comfortable. It had everything you could ask for. The bathroom was very spacious and good as well. I am not sure if the hotel gave us a free upgrade or this was the room we booked but it was really perfect. The location of the hotel was also very good. Walking distance to the old town and many other attractions.

Location for a weekend tour of Bilbao is excellent, within 10-15 min walk to all the attractions. The room was clean, the bathroom too. The staff was outstanding, helpful, professional but with abundant kindness.

The room was very spacious and very clean. The location was excellent. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The fresh orange juice at breakfast was gorgeous and the coffee was very good. The staff at breakfast were great if something ran out they replaced it.

Location was great, we used the parking facilities and we had our pet dog with us and she loved the room and her bed and the gift pack.
