This hotel was in a great location and only a 10 minute walk from all main attractions and old town. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. All the hotel staff were helpful and gave good information when asked. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends travelling to Bilboa.

The breakfast was excellent. The lass on reception was very kind when the room door would not open, she came up and showed us the trick of how to open.
