The location is fabulous. 3 mins walk from the gran via (Main Street ) but overlooking a quiet street so no problem sleeping . The staff were so nice at check in and check out . They had free lemon water at reception which was a lovely touch too.

The location was quite central in Bilbao. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast had quite a range of products.
