Great apartment in a super location. Spotlessly clean, very well equipped, even nicer than in the pics. Self check in was easy. Owner was very attentive checking in to make sure we were OK and offering assistance if needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The apartment was perfect for our family's weekend stay in Bilbao. It's in an awesome location, right on the river, and within easy walking distance of so many of the city's attractions. The host, Vero, was amazing. She was so accommodating and made sure we had absolutely everything we could have possibly needed. When I mentioned we would be arriving late with small children, she insisted on making sure there was food for us in the apartment when we arrived. When I asked about local markets, she sent me the links and addresses to not one, but three. She was always very responsive to my questions. And she even left a voice recording with instructions for our taxi driver in case he didn't know how to get to the address (again, we were arriving late at night with kids in tow, so the fewer mishaps or possible delays, the better). The apartment itself is very comfortable and the decor is so much fun. Bright, happy, and fun. Highly recommended!
