location is excellent altho if you are driving you cant take car to to old town, the car park (public so a cost involved))was only 10 mins away

Fantastic location in the heart of the old town, just a few minutes' walk from Zazpikaleak/Casco Viejo station, a tram stop (most direct way to get to the Guggenheim if you don't want to walk), lots of bakeries, cafes, bars, restaurants, mini marts and other shops. Spacious and quiet apartment with electric heaters in all rooms that are easy to adjust (we were comfortably warm when we stayed during a cold snap in January). Washing machine and dryer work well.
