I stayed at Lo Bilbao for 2 night solo trip and had a wonderful experience. I dealt with Olatz online and at reception and she was amazing. I was arriving late and they provided me everything I needed for a seamless check-in and were always quick to respond to my questions. I had a handwritten note to welcome me when I entered my room. The room was beautiful, cosy and with thoughtful details. The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciate the team's commitment to ensuring you have a wonderful experience in all aspects. I had an unpleasant experience (not on the property) where my phone went missing when I was walking and they were able to support me and direct me to the nearest police station and I got my phone back.

I was a little bit skeptic about a hotel without a front desk but it was amazing. Super easy to go in and out and Alberto helped us through phone when needed. The room is beautifully decorated and it’s on the middle of the heart of Bilbao. Great soundproofing.
