Everything was fine, beautiful and comfortable. We had a little problem with the check in but the help desk was very helpful and friendly, and helped us to get in step by step. The room was clean, the building is in a great location within Bilbao.

We were in a room (no4) that was irregularly shaped and in which a double bed only just fits. The bathroom was fine
