An absolutely fantastic stay, this hotel truly delivered on every front. The location is ideal, sitting right in the heart of the city with a metro station just steps away. Our room was impressively spacious, anchored by a large, supremely comfortable king-size bed, and appointed with everything you’d expect from a hotel of this calibre. What really elevated the experience, though, was the staff. Genuinely helpful and attentive throughout, they made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. A special mention must go to Elenor (apologies if the spelling is off), her warmth, kindness, and professionalism were simply outstanding, and she deserves every bit of recognition she gets. We’ll absolutely be returning on our next visit to Bilbao. Highly recommended.
