Location was great if, like with us, you get an interior apartment, since the street was crowded and loud (fiestas de Bilbao on top). Full kitchen and proper AC. Luggage storage.

The location was good places to eat nearby but most restaurants don't open till 830pm. But you can eat pinchos any time. The apartment was compact and we saw no staff The only connection was email and WhatsApp The apartment was lovely everything you need but very compact

Centrally located in a lively neighborhood. Close to shopping, supermarket... Clean apartment with wel equipped kitchen. Easy check-in/check-out.

The location is perfect, it is very close to the old town, train station and shopping complex. The Libere app was very intuitive and made the whole check-in, check out, opening doors (both entrance and apartment doors) very easy. The apartment is surrounded by multiple restaurants but is surprisingly nice and quiet. We didn't hear any noises. The apartment is spacious for two adults and two young kids. The black out curtains were good, which allowed the kids to sleep in longer. The lift and washing machine with drying functions were a bonus. The staff were very responsive to our queries. Upon our arrival we received a welcome pack, which was very nice.
