Good location near old town. No breakfast no tea and coffee making but excellent cafe opposite

Located at the verge of the Old Town, very close to the tram stop hence perfect connection to the San Mames area (main bus hub, also for the airport transfer). Nice and helpful staff, a convenient bathroom. The room size rather fair.

Perfect location. A café-bar is just a few steps from the reception, and a grocery store is less than a minute away on the left side. The tram stop is right across the street, and the old town is within walking distance — everything is very easy to access. We were lucky to get a free parking slot at the back of the hotel too.

Very close to the tram (50 m) and the market. Calm place. Nice breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.
