Friendly welcome from Aranca after our early arrival off the 7am ferry arrival from UK. She stored our bags for us and offered use of toilets, much appreciated. Our room was small but had adequate storage. Good shower.

My room & ensuite were as described with tiled flooring & a very clean, comfortable bed. The owner kindly gave me a map & highlighted areas to visit & the cleaning lady was very helpful with an enquiry I had. The hotel is situated on a quietish island in the Ria Nervion about 15 mins walk to Deusto Metro & 25 mins walk to San Mames. As others have mentioned, breakfast isn't provided but there is a coffee machine and pre-packaged cakes etc served in a lovely dining room. There are also free luggage storage facilities.
