I chose an inside room without a view as it was just a short stay but it was fabulously appointed and luxurious. The breakfast was varied and delicious. A short walk across the road to the Guggenheim and the beautiful river and a 25min walk along stately boulevards of the commercial centre to the old town

Very polite & friendly staff and extremely helpful all of them. Great decoration of hotel and the building was really in front of Guggenheim Museum Bilbao! They also gave us free tickets. The breakfast was really tasty and with fresh local products. The lobby was great and the breakfast area had a lovely view. I also enjoyed the location- very central, yet not too noisy. The beds were comfortable too.
