Breakfast was diverse and tasty with classic options like eggs and croissants as well as regional specialties and traditional foods from País Basque/Spain. The beds were incredibly comfortable and large. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect — the hotel is located between the Guggenheim and the Casco Viejo (old town), and near many bars to get pintxos at. The room was clean and roomy enough for three nights. We would stay here again!

Such a kind and attentive service from reception! Loved all the details and their branded hand fan and hats. Span and gym, location is great! We had a lovely time!

Very nice staff and they allowed to check in early. Very helpfull staff! Nice bar at the basement, offering nice drinks. Breakfast was good as well, could be slightly better.
