The hotel architecture is special but very nice. We asked fir an upgrade to a room with balcony what the reception kindly and helpfully arranged. ( absolutely recommended as view to the wonderful park) Very kind staff !

Helpful staff, most of the time. The swimming pool on the 6th floor with views was great and mostly empty! A nice big bathroom with option of bath or shower and fabulous 'Rituals' products to use. I liked how close it was to the Guggenheim, the river and the city centre, plus it was a short taxi ride from the airport.

Michael on the door was the most welcoming when we arrived. It’s very clean and is located next to beautiful park and tram which is really useful.
