Location was very good, in the “modern” part of the city, within walking distance of the stadium and the Guggenheim Museum. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Very good loction; close to metro station and close to the bus stop to the airport. The beds were comfortable and there wa a kettle in the room. Many shops and pubs nearby. There is also a luggage store.

The staff was polite and helpful, always willing to answer any questions we had. The room was very good and spacious, equipped with all amenities, including a desk, TV, large mirror and minibar, perfect for enjoying cold water, refreshing drinks or chilled treats at any time in the comfort of your room. The bathroom was equally spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent in both quality and quantity, featuring local products that made it enjoyable for all tastes. The hotel’s common areas were excellent. A notable feature, not often found in many hotels, was the fully equipped gym with professional fitness equipment. The hotel’s location is ideal for visiting the majority of the city’s attractions, including its excellent museums, San Mames stadium and museum, the historic city center and the riverside area along with restaurants, bars, markets etc. We definitely recommend it!!

A good choice of pastry for breakfast. The location of the hotel is close to all the main sights.
