We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ercilla de Bilbao with our pet; the staff were very welcoming and the location was perfect. The beds were very comfortable.

The room was very clean, large and the beds were comfy, we travel with our baby and they leave us a kit for her, a babybottle warmer and even a bathtub very gentle☺️ as you enter the hotel you feel happy and special. They are professional. A very very nice city hotel. We like the location of the hotel. Also dont miss the perfect roof bar and make a reservation😀

The hotel location is excellent; it's centrally located and at a walking distance from many restaurants, pubs, shops and the metro station/ bus stops. The room we had was very nice, spacious, clean and tidy. The bathroom has good amenities (bathtub, bidet, large vanity unit). The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The rooftop has great views and is a nice place to hang out. Although the hotel was full when we were there, it was quiet and we couldn't hear much from inside the room. We didn't try the breakfast/ food so can't rank it.
