NOISE FROM CONCERTS IN THE PLAZA UNTIL 02:00 FROM 19 TO 27 AUGUST 2023.ROADS CLOSED AND ARENAL CAR PARK CLOSED DURING THE BIG WEEK (FIESTAS) OF BILBAO - FROM 19TH TO 27TH AUGUST 2023.Dining room, kitchen and laundry room SHARED only with the other two rooms (guests), where we will leave the buffet prepared for you in the mornings. We (the hosts) have our own private kitchen.To any person with reduced mobility: Please note the bathroom of room number 4 (double room with private bathroom), only has a bathtub/shower. As can be seen in the photographs, it does not have a "shower tray" at ground level. But it is the only bathroom adjoining/"separate" from the bedroom.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Room was bigger than expected and had a great view of Plaza Nueva. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and everything was explained really well on our arrival to the room. Great location and very easy to get to and from everywhere we needed to be on foot.

It was a very nice apartment and the contact with the host very good and helpful, it is very central and the balcony faced the plaza which made it a very special stay for me. The bed was very comfortable and the equipment and interior very well put together. The shared kitchen and the breakfast were very nice and pretty. I had the chance to chat with other guests and had a great start for the day there. Two things to consider while booking: during the festival week in August some music was played at the plaza and even though the apartment is otherwise well isolated with noise reduction from the exterior, the music and bass from the festival was loud in the apartment, which did not bother me and the host also offered to bring me earplugs :) second thing is that the shower and toilet is inside the room (which is visible in the fotos), which might be a Problem for Friends traveling together. But as mentioned before both didn’t bother me and I had an excellent stay at the apartment. I would stay there again without hesitation.
