Perfect location in Bilbao very well situated near the train station and city centre. Very pleasant atmosphere very relaxing clean and tidy Kitchen and Bathroom.

The facility was aesthetically nice. There was a nice common area and it was all fairly clean, toilets included. The staff was nice and happy to help.

The common room/kitchen was spacious, it was quite hot during night. There is a washer which was handy for me.
