Very friendly and helpful staff. We were given a larger room so we could put the bicycles in it. The location is fantastic, so much history, culture and dining in walking distance.

Second time staying here, staff were very helpful at all times, even phoned us a taxi back to the airport. Keyless entry to main entry polnts and individual rooms. Lift access. Great location, cafes, bars and shops literally outside the main door
