For location you cannot ask for a better location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The entrance hall is stunning - beautiful building. It was immaculately presented. For a night or maybe two it was fine.

The location in the old town has a great atmosphere. The inclusion of a fridge in the room and the lovely decor. The room is very comfortable. We struggled to understand parking and check in. The lady on the telephone was very helpful. Communication, once checked in, is through WhatsApp, I did not know this. A comment on check-in or email would help.

Perfect location in the old town but also close to the river and walking distance to the Guggenheim. Surrounded by lovely little shops and lots of Pincxos places. We booked lockers which are at a different location across the road from Casual Arriaga. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
