The owners are really nice and helpful, they made everything so we could feel well in their place. We really enjoyed the stay. We could store the luggage after check-out and take an additional coffee after coming to take it back. Also location is perfect, just 10 meters from the entrance to Matiko-Bilbao train and metro station.

Good location, nice big room, clean room and towels daily. Very helpfull staff.

The location is perfect for a visit to Bilbao. Walking distance to the river and all of the centre amenities. Didn't go for the breakfast option but found an anaxing cafe / bar 100yds away down the hill on the right hand side of the road. It is a steep ish walk for 100yds up the hill to the hotel, but as long as you are able to walk it's good. Cheap hotel, very clean and en suite excellent value.
